Hi All, i need urgent help here.
I submitted my EE profile last week but accidentally i've filled a wrong information which i wanted to update but the issue is on all forms the status is showing as Transmitted and in options its only View form not update form.
Can anyone tell me whats wrong here as i cant update, is it back end issue or i need to re-submit a new profile??
 
Hello,
Could you please check the status of the fields "Application/profile status" is Open and "Job Bank Registration" is displayed as Accepted ?

Also check if One of the criteria (FSQ, CEC etc) is "Met"

If you have already submitted your profile then you can't update it.
As it says Transmitted that means you have submitted your application.
The only way to correct documents is to send Case Specific Enquiry: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
