I submitted my Express entry profile on Feb 15th but I haven't heard back anything from CIC. (Not even medical update.) It is almost 45 days. Is there anyone else want to share similar situation or any suggestions ? Keep posting !!

It's perfectly normal you don't hear anything after only 45 days. Keep in mind the average processing time is 6 months.
Suggestion is be patient, go on your daily life and keep waiting.

For example, my AoR was 6 February and my medical was passed on 22 March. I believe that medicals are currently being reviewed for 9 or 10 February AoR, so you should have an update around the end of the week or beginning of next week.
