Express Entry Profile - Not Valid

Hi Everyone,
I made my express entry profile on 2nd April 2016 which is now showing me no applications submitted. It has no data under it and takes me to the option of starting a new application. Is this a system error and has it happened to anyone else? What can I do to correct the situation? Would appreciate any help as I'm under a lot of stress because of it. Best Regards,

It's really odd. I would strongly suggest you to call CIC asap if everything was gone
