Express Entry Profile Education details and Visa Information

Hello

I have almost completed my profile and looking for some information regarding filling up my profile.

1) I have done my ECA for highest degree Masters but I didnt do ECA for my bachelors but while filling up in Study forms should i Enter my University name and city or my College Name and CIty?

2) I had applied for canada Visitor visa which got approved few weeks back but I didnt get time to visit canada and now while applying for the express entry profile it asked me

Has j**p**t*l applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Should i just select yes and enter my UCI number or not?
does that make difference in the application

Please guide me.

1. Yes, you should enter the details. But, when it asks for ECA, reply 'NO'.
2. You should select 'YES' and give your UCI no. This has no bearing on your application process.
