I signed into my EE account and found all my previously entered details no longer available. I am yet to submit the profile as I was waiting for my ECA which just arrived. Any idea on what could have happened? Then any suggestions on what to do.

Could be a technical glitch, try again a few times if it's still not reappearing then I guess the only way is to re-enter the information.
