Express entry processing time from London, UK

Are the applications still dealt with regionally or is there a central office now? Just wondering how long it takes after application is submitted.

The applications are received by the central office for review to check the eligibility and medical admissibility and if it is complete. Once those are done, they are passed on to the local visa office. There is a whatsapp group for London visa office.
