Dear Team ,

Recently I got terminated from my bank because of personal grudges issues .Now when I asked the management they suggested me that they can’t issue a Relieving Certificate for my three years of banking career as it is a termination from Job .
I would like to know whether this will effect my Canadian PR application process .?
Will this termination be considered as Job experience and if yes then are there any drawbacks for job request in Canada in Future.?

Well you need to prove you did the job as a letter on company letterhead is mandatory that outlines your responsibilities, salary, hours per week and time worked. Do you have ways to verify your work - contract, payslips, letters from managers etc.
