Express entry PR is taking longer than 6 months

Hi, I applied for express entry on January 2nd, 2019
Biometrics was done February 12th, 2019

My medical status is under review since the beginning. It's been more than 4 months since everything on my account is stuck and shows the same "under review" status of a few things, like, the medical, eligibility, background check, and final decision. However, biometrics status is showing "completed".

Earlier I had a ray of hope and some idea that alright now it shows" 3 months left", Now its 2 months...2 days.. 1 day but now it just says "your application is taking longer than usual time"

This long frustrating wait and confusion on every decision of your life due to the unknown factor of whether you will be moving or not leave a huge impact on applicants life. The system should understand that a bit.
I ordered the notes but it shows the status similar to my account.
What should I do?

You need to remove your application number from the above post. It is not safe to post this application on a public forum.

It's quite normal for processing to take more than six months for EE. IRCC doesn't guarantee six month processing times.

There's really nothing you can do but wait.
