Express Entry - Post ITA - Employer Address Location Vs Client Location

Hi,
My employer is Head Quartered @ Texas but I have worked in client locations (Delaware and NJ ). I have given my employer's location under work history while submitting my EE profile. Now that I have got the ITA, I could see that work history has been copied to my Personal Activity history section.
1. Should I give my client location under personal activity history section? as that is where I actually worked?
2. while give my last 10 years address history, I will be giving Delaware and NJ address where I actually resided, would that conflict with my work history( as my work history stats texas as my employer's location)
I have seen numerous thread on the same topic but was not able to get a definitive answer. Please let me know has been in the same situation and was able get your PR processed.
