Express entry pool and job offer

Hi Everyone,

Is it realistically possible to get accepted for PR through express entry without job offer or provincial nomination program (600 points)?
If we get accepted in express entry, is there good chance of getting job offer through the Job bank?

Yes. The lowest cutoff so far was 453. Those applicants did not have either an LMIA supported job offer or provincial nomination.

If we get accepted in express entry, is there good chance of getting job offer through the Job bank?

Very tough to do from outside Canada but possible. Some members have mentioned an organization which is apparently active in the job offer space, you can check them out on your own. http://www.skillsinternational.com/
