hi

My husband and I are trying to apply for the express entry. Going through the crs points, if he is the main application we get a score of 336 and if I am the main applicat we get a score of 418.

This is without filling the actual application yet. Only thing on my mind is, he has a job experience of approximately 10 years and I have a job experience of 3 years. Does this count later?

The crs pointing system only asks if job duration is 3 years or more.

Thanks

1. You can create two profiles. You will be main and he will be secondary in one application and the second application is vice versa. So that, you can move forward and improve scores to achieve ITA earlier. You can drop one application after you receive ITA through another.

2. I hope you both got ECA and IELTS result documents. Also I hope that you have checked eligibility 67/100 of express entry. If both of your profile has >67 points, you can create EE profile..
For eligibility, 6 years experience gives the maximum points 15. Whereas, CRS requires only 3.5 years for max score.
No it will not be accounted later based your experiences. But NOC matters at PNP. If you get ITA without PNP, no need to worry about the experience differences.

Sorry I am a bit confused

you mentioned that I should create two profiles. However, I can only submit one right (at any given time?)

I created a profile with my husband as being the main applicant and it said we are eligible to apply. (Where can I know the score over 100? The one you mentioned?)

Is the pointing system of the crs different than when you make the profile?

Though It is not necessary, you shall create two profiles with two different login. Since you have already one with your husband as primary, you can create another profile in another login. You will primary and your husband is dependent. Hence you both can work on their profile to increase points. The profile whichever gets ITA in the draw will be used further, the other profile can be withdrawn.

Yes... You can have two profiles. But only one can be used for applying PR.

When you create EE profile, you will come to know whether you are eligibility or not.
You can check eligibility @ http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp
