Good evening everybody,

My name is Anton and I am international student. In april 2015 I graduated from University of Regina with Bachelors in Computer Science. I got the job offer in IT field and already worked 3 month. Beside this experience I have 2 years of Co-op experience from university. So, I got my post grad work permit. I am from Saskatchewan, I studied here and graduated here as well.

Please suggest what could be the best way to go.

I appreciate your help

Happy Holidays!

Anton

Have you tried the crs tool? If yes, then what is your score?

Hello manidhatt,

Thanks for reply

I tried now. I do not have language test, but i took esl and went through school. Roughly it's 1057. What would u suggest. thanks

Hey guys, another question. Maybe I am confused. For SINP I need this Job approval letter. i try to read about it. i am already employed in canada. please help

Hi sivasagi,

I appreciate your help.

I just graduated from university and applied for job

Got a job IT Technician -Skill level B - Permanent Fulltime- NOC 2281

Please advice

Anton

Okay. Though the job is permanent and full time, you will not get 600 points if the job is not LMIA approved. So, calculate without 600 points.

then it's 457 :( Please advice

You have very decent score and you have high chances of getting picked up in next few draws. Stay tuned and best of luck!!

Hi Sivasagi, thanks for your reply

One extra question, IT technician is not Laybour market stuff?

Also, what program is the best for me express entry federal or sinp?

thanks

Obviously, Federal is the best option so that u will have flexibility to stay inany province.

Have both options open. I read that you are yet to take ur languge tests. Is that true?

Apply for SINP now and have the process going. ,Meanwhile federal might pick you as well.

Hello sivasagi,

I do not have my language test. English is not deal at all - territorial is probably a bigger deal. I live in small town, to take test 200 -350km.

I would agree with u to apply for SINP

Thanks

Anton

Doesn't make sense! The max someone can get with a Canadian bachelor's degree, 1 year of eligible Canadian experience and good IELTS/CELPIP scores is 444. Your score must be less than that.

Please use this online tool to recalculate your score: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

For most SINP streams you need at least 1 year of eligible experience.

- for the 3 subcategories of "International Skilled Worker", you must have at least 1 year of experience;
- for the student subcategory of "Saskatchewan Experience Stream", you must have at least 24 consecutive months of work experience (in an eligible profession - NOC 0/A/B).
