Hi,

May I ask if I should also include part time jobs on my work experiences especially in JobBank? Also, for the credentials part in JobBank, it says "certification" once I tick on like Reservation Agent Certification, is it really necessary to provide a certificate? What if you had a training but does not include a certificate?

Not required to include part time job experiences if they are not related to your NOC code. Better to include only those trainings for which you have the certificate.
