Express Entry + Job Offer vs Currently Employed

Hi, I am curious as to how am I supposed to fill out the Express Entry profile form.

I graduated from Ontario university and have 1 year work experience under the "Post-Grad Work Permit". I did NOT require LMIA when I got a job since post-grad work permit is pretty open.

I know I get points from the 1-year experience, but how does this impact the "Job offer" portion? I don't seem to meet the criteria requirement to get the points from the job offer since I am on full-time contract (not permanent, no LMIA), and does that mean I am required to register with Job Bank even if I am actually currently employed?

The only 'valid' job offer is one which is supported by an LMIA. You will have to answer 'No' to the job offer question and register with the job bank.

Express entry is actually a bit hard on foreigners who graduate from Canadian universities.
