If i get the visa and moved to Canada via express entry is it possible to change my job when i arrive by finding another contract there , is it legal to move to another job after arriving by short time ?

You mean if you have a valid job offer which got you thr 50 points?
I mean i have a job offer that completes the express entry so i have a successful immigration to canada and after arriving i got a new job offer from another company is that vaild to move to the new job ?
you spoused to get a job from job pool to be selected and to immigrate to Canada that is what i mean
Ok I'm still not clear what you mean. But you're not supposed to get any job from job pool to be eligible for immigration to Canada. I think you are probably referring to the job bank. So if you are referring to that you have nothing to worry as the job bank has no bearing on your PR application.
