Express Entry- ITA received but WP is about to expire

Hi- I have claimed 50 points for closed work permit and I have received ITA for my express entry PR application. The problem is, my WP is expiring on Mar 8th. Though I have applied for renewal and have the confirmation letter of application but afraid that I will not receive the renewed one before the invitation expires.

Can someone please advice what should I do? Should I still apply with LOE explaining the situation?
