Hi, I hope you can help me out. This is my first time to apply for express entry however I received a message stating that I am ineligible. I tried to answer the questions prior to making a profile though and it says that I am eligible. Please see below:

Date of birth : 09-07-88
Marital Status. Common Law
Family members: 2
Funds: CAD$15000
Sister is a citizen in SK
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree: 4 years (No assessment)
(I included my secondary or high school information, do I have to?)

LANGUAGES:
CELPIP GENERAL TEST 2016
Speaking 7
Reading 10
Listening 8
Writing 7

WORK HISTORY:
Occupation: Guest Services Representative NOC 6525 (C)
In SK now holding an open work permit
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2015/02 – 2016/01 NOC 0632 (foreign experience - 0)
2013/01 – 2015/01 NOC 6313 (foreign experience - B)
2011/01 - 2013/01 NOC 6314 (foreign experience - B)
2009/04 – 2010/02 NOC 6513 (foreign experience – C)

Should I include his study now in Canada under Educational records?

Holding student visa currently and works as part time in Eagle Builders

What’s wrong?
 
You need to get your ECA done.

Thank you for your reply. May I also clarify, do I really need to include my common law partner in the application? I read somewhere that the application should only be for one of the common law partners.

Thank you.

It is up to you to include your common law partner in the application. If you plan to take your common law partner along with you later, you may as well do it now, to avoid going through the hassle of the whole immigration process again.
