Hello everyone ,
I have a concern about IRCC application , me and my husband filled the application with all the required files ,
but unfortunately it was rejected because they need joint ownership or proof of joint utilities ,

we’re living in Saudi Arabia and there’s no documents such as these , I don’t have a Job ,
and all the bills are in my husband’s name ,

Could you please let me know how to deal with this issue ? is there any workaround ?

If you are talking about proof of funds, it needs to be ready to be used. It has to be property of the main applicant or joint account with spouse that will accompany main applicant. It cannot be following:
1. Loan (but it can be a gift from somebody as long as you have proof of gift).
2. Any type of investments (regardless how safe it looks and regardless if you can prove current market value).
3. Houses, land, cars, gold, jewellery or rare collections.

So to be safe you need to have either normal or saving account in a bank on name of main applicant (it cannot be joint with anybody else in the family except of your accompanying spouse).
If you did not provide such proof then you were rejected.
You will need bank statement of the current amount of money on that account as well as statement of last 6 months history (or an affidavit of a gift or other proof - like you selling your assets if money are less than 6 months old). Good luck.
