Express entry help for Nursing

Hi All,

I am working as nurse in NZ, but i wanna immigrate to CANADA.
Could you please let me know do we require offer letter before and do i need to take licence for practising before submitting application?

Please let me know what are criteria and what are chances to go through this.

Is there any cap for this?
