Yes - if you have enough points, this is probably the best option. Have you determined how many points you have under Express Entry? You would want to score 470+ to have a decent chance of being selected.

Note that there are also some indications the government may be changing this program and this could include changes that make the program more occupation specific. However for now, this program is certainly an option for you.
