Express entry for civil engineer job vacancies regardig

Hello everybody..

I am new joiner in this forum

I am having a doubt right throughout the PR process is that first we need to get the PR and search for job in canada or else first search for job from India and apply for PR.

Can you please provide replies for the above query.

If you already have a job in Canada or you secured a job in Canada without using CIC's system, then you will need apply and enter the Express Entry applicant pool, and wait for CIC's invitation.

If you do not have a Canadian job now, you will apply & enter the EE system, and create a job search profile on the new Job Bank. When a Canadian employer grant you a job offer, CIC will invite (or so many of us hope).

Either case, you will need to apply through one of the immigration programs and you will need to meet requirements to start.
