Express entry for applicants who do not have a job offer

Hi All,

I am looking out to apply for Canadian immigration this year.But when I took the assessment test,it said I do not qualify as I havent studied in Canada or have a job offer.Can anyone let me know what is the current status of the express entry currently,can aspirants without a job offer apply?

Yes as long as they have at least one full year of skilled work and qualify under the federal skilled worker system (67/100 points).
