Hi,

I am international student in Canada and I want to apply for PR. I know that before my graduation the only way to speed up my case to apply for PR is express entry but I am a bit confused about the job experience issues.
I have 7 years job experience in my home country (not in Canada) and since I come to Canada I was studying Master degree. It is about two years that I am both studying and working as research assistant or teaching assistant at university at the same time. Now the question is that Can I claim I have job experience in Canada when I am filling application for express entry under federal skill worker stream? Does RA/TA during studying count as job experience in skill worker stream of express entry?
My Second question is that should my job experience in my home town be relative to NOC category in express entry that I am applying for?

That will be great if some one can help me and provide me with useful information.
Cheers,
Maria
