Express Entry eligibility

Hello everyone,
I have a query about my one-year Canadian experience and my eligibility to apply for PR express entry.

I have 1 year 4 days of working experience and was laid off temporarily as of yesterday and got an employment letter from my employer stating the start date to end date and the temporary layoff information.
So, am I eligible to apply for express entry as I have fulfilled 1 year of experience ?? or Do I need to be employed with the company when I apply for express entry ??

It would be a great help if someone answers my query.

You are eligible to apply with one year of work experience. You don't have to be currently employed.

You need to give your last day of work. This is not your current job.
