i am a 23 years old and did my bachelors last year....ive 3 years of work ex (2 year part time with regular college 1 year FT after college) ....just wanted to know if im eligible for express entry prog.?

Your part time job will be considered under work experience only if it the number of hours are approximately 1560. If so then it will be considered as one year experience.

Hours has nothing much to do with the eligibility. Even if you worked more than 30 hours and it was a part-time job, it will be considered part-time only. So if you worked 2 years part-time, it will be worth one year of full-time work.
