Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if I could apply for PR under CEC with the following criteria
September 1st 2015 to April 31st worked as a part time (16 hours per week) supervisor (NOC -B 6311) at tim hortons. And from August 21st to present. I did not work anywhere between April 31st to August 21st. Thank you so much.

You should calculate your work experience to see if you have a full year.

To apply under CEC you must have at least 1 year of full work experience in Canada under a NOC A, B or 0 role. To calculate the 1 year using part time experience, you have to add up the number of hours you worked and then divide by 30. The resulting number must be at least 52.

Thanks a lot. I have an year of experience (part-time) but its non-continuous. So, I was wondering if that would be a problem.

You only need a year, it doesn't matter if it continuous or not.

Hello Everyone,

Recently I have faced some issues with ITA decline. I was offered an ITA on February 7th but because I did not have my documents ready I decided to decline it today. I still had 8 more days left so I thought its fine. Now I get an email that I'm no longer eligible even my CRS score is no longer displayed. When I went to update my details (because my work experience changed meanwhile, I switched into a new job) I found I cannot update any of my informations. This is the second time I have declined ITA because I am yet to receive my Police Clearance . I'm very much worried. What made me not eligible anymore? Do you think it's a technical error? I would appreciate some help in this regard. Thanks!
