Express Entry Eligibility Criteira Section

I would like to know what are the exact views on Eligibility for Express Entry for FSW.

I tried to check eligibility there is an option Second Language there are four Options including IELTS. Previously I seleted IELTS as First Language but in the second language it is now allowing me to check the same language even CELPIP. I need to select TEF otherwise it is saying that

"Based on your answers, you do not appear to be eligible for Express Entry"

So what would be the chance of eligibility.

If anyone knows about the list of Eligibility points.
