Hi guys, i am in the process of submitting my profile for review and have hit a wall so was hoping for some advice.

Under the Work Section it asks the following:

Does 'name' have a job offer in Canada?

The offer must:

be for full-time and for at least one year
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) and
be non-seasonal for Federal Skilled Workers.

and then:

Information about the job offer

Is this job offer for work that is:

full-time
continuous and
for at least one year?

So, i have been working in Canada for two years now but I am contract based and the contracts are around 4-6 months long so technically I can't claim that it is for one year (my contracts say 4-6 months, unless i am able to show all contracts and that they add up to more than a year). If i choose YES for the first question i am able to select NO for the second question. Is that how i should be filling this in or is it a straight NO to both questions (meaning i lose points).

Thanks for your help here.

If you're claiming the points of a valid job offer (50/200) then in order to have a valid job offer your employer has to provide a letter stating that you will be employed for at least a year after obtaining PR.
