Express Entry CRS Score

Hi,
I have only 326 CRS points. Will I be able to qualify for EE. How to apply for the provincial programs separately using the existing CRS points. Please help.

Your points are too low for FSW/Express Entry. You should retake IELTS to achieve a higher score and see what else you can do to push your score closer to 400.

Retaking IELTS will add only 5 or 10 points more. Also adding spouse degree also will add only 10 points. Will these two still help?Please clarify

No. IELTS improvement can shoot up your score upto 100 more.

But you must score L-8, R-7, W-7, S-7.

Ways to improve score:
IELTS,
French language skill,
Job in Canada (managerial jobs:200 and other:50)
Master degree,
Spouse degree and Spouse IELTS,
etc
