Hello there i have a query my ielts score is
Reading 7
Listening 8.5
Speaking 7
Writing 6.5
mycrs score is 414, i have applied for reevaluation in the mean time i was wondering should i create a express entry profile.
My noc is 3131 and my ECA is done and ready.

Sure. Create an express entry profile, as you may be eligible for a PNP stream and receive a Notification of Interest from a province.
When you have your new language results, just update them in the "Language" section of your profile.
