With 352, you will not receive an invitation. Look at provincial nomination programs to see if you are eligible or have enough points without a job offer.

The 75 point draw was likely a one time only deal. We're not sure anything like that will ever happen again.

By all means you can hope it does. However I wouldn't count on it. Look into the PNP programs.

Being eligible and getting drawn from the pool or receiving an ITA are two different things. You maybe eligible under CEC because you have at least 1 year full time Canadian work experience in the past 3 years AND valid language results based on your NOC category. IRCC conducts draws periodically and it would depend on the cut off score / lowest score whether you’ll be invited or not. The last draw was unprecedented with a very low cut of score of 75 for CECs but who knows when IRCC will do a that again??

As mentioned by someone above, try to find ways to increase your score. Check PNP programs, or get a job offer (worth 50 points). Or you can also opt to wait and see if IRCC will draw low scores again for CEC — but no one knows if this will happen again.
