I have a few questions regarding my Express entry application. I submitted my application under CEC category in December 2018 and its estimated processing time was given until June 08, 2019. CIC said my file has been delayed. My work permit is expiring next month and I need to apply for BOWP but I do not have the LMIA or the Offer of Employment number to go with the application (since I got a Post Graduation work permit which is exempt from LMIA and I did not sent any Offer of Employment number with my PR application). Is it alright if I just submit the Offer of Employment along with the Acknowledgement of Receipt?Moreover, am I applying for the same employer or a new employer, with the type of work permit being asked under both the options mentioned above? My IELTS also expired last month but they were still valid when I submitted my PR application, do I need to take another test? CIC agent told me it doesn't matter.
