So I am already in Canada and I work for my current employer since April 2015. I did my college here and than got open work permit and got this job that I am currently at(so didn't go through LMIA process, no need).
Now, when I populated my EE profile (before I got invited) I stated that I have job offer and that I don't have LMIA. Was that wrong? Should I said that I don't have job offer(even though I already work)?
Asking you this because now when I got invited they want me to upload Letter of Employment(BTW WTF is this???), Offer of Employment (I have one from April 2015), and Reference(no problem).
Also, I see I can get back to section Intended work in Canada (where I put that I have job offer). What if I go now and change it to NO, that I don't have offer? How are they going to look at that?
