Hello Everyone,
I am putting together all the information for my PR application. i have more than a year of work experience in canada and I have an LMIA from my employer.
I know there are sources for document check list.. but the problem is they are all over the place and too many of them.
Can somebody point out a link on CIC website with lists all the document required if you have an LMIA and more than a year of work experience?
also i have couple of questions:
1) on the basis of some of my research i found that we need to give CRA tax assessment forms after an ITA is received. is that true?
2) Also can someone confirm till when a PCC is valid for India?
3) since i have more than a year of experience in canada and when i create my profile in EE will it ask me under which category i want to apply? like CEC or FSWP? or it is determined by the tool under which category i am eligible in?
