I was looking at jobs expt from lmia under new express entry which includes canadian interests subsection 205 of IRPA .under new expree entry guidlines we know NAFTA and inter company transfee will get 50 points.but next section also includes pgwp with employer specificed on it eill also get 50 points.but pgwp is a open work permit whhich doesnt need any employer specifications on it nor employer needs to pay compliance fee.SO how do you get employer specific pgwp.read note from cic website.
