Education: 3 years diploma (wes evaluation)
Work experience: noc 4212 childchildcare assistant 2 years
language ielts: L7.5 R5.5 S6.0 W6.5 average 6.5

With reading 5.5 you cannot go to express entry pool Sir! You need at least 6 in all modules.

you can calcute your score with this tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp you have to improve your Reading score.

For pnp Nova Scotia I saw the it says can apply with CLB 4.

I have tried to calculate with this tool but I cannot get the correct score as I am not sure under with one the 3 years diploma go.
