I hope to get a clear picture of my chances to get PR here on the forum.
I am planning to apply for PR but I have High School Certificate with me and I have finished my Bachelor studies in 2013 but until now I have not received my Degree. All I have is Bachelor' Detailed Mark Certificate from my university. Is it possible to get the assessment of my bachelor DMC or is it considered ZERO with degree certificate?
Secondly, do I have any chances to pursue my studies in Canada by using HSSC certificate (completed in 2007)?
