I was accepted for Express Entry 6 months ago under the Canadian Experience Class and I have yet to be invited to apply due to my overall score being only 306. I have actually been in Canada since Oct 2014 on a working holiday visa and it expires Oct 2017.

On my application I have put that I have worked since May 2015 for a pharma company in Edmonton which I am currently employed on a full time contract. The issue is that on my application for CRS - Arranged Employment my score is 0. I have put on my EE application that I am currently working but it still does not recognize this fact.

Does anybody have any idea as to why or any suggestions?

I have also been with my partner for over a year who is a Canadian born citizen and we are expecting our first child in July. Please help.

Best Regards,

Scott

If you and your Canadian partner are either married or common law (this means you've lived together continuously for at least one full year) - have your Canadian partner sponsor you for PR rather than going the Express Entry route.

This is also an option we have looked into and are most probably going to proceed down the sponsorship route if my EE application is not resolved.

Thank you for your reply.
