Hello, need some advice.
I am recently going through the Express entry route for PR application. From what i understand, all communication is held through the portal. I received an email last week from: IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
This email was requesting for information already submitted in my original application like email address and passport number. They gave me a deadline to provide a digital photo in 7 days. Is this a scam or is this legitimate? Tried to call the IRCC line but no success with representatives. Please let me know. Thanks.
