I am applying for express entry, but I do not have wife's college graduation certificates or marksheet, or have trouble obtaining them. Is it possible to not claim points for education and go ahead with pr application. I can show high school certificates. I wonder if they cross verify with older applications, because in work permit application 2 years ago, I did mention she had college graduation.

If you're the primary applicant it is not mandatory for you to claim points for the dependent's education.

You can leave the section blank and add her education credentials in the personal history section once you receive your ITA.
