Express entry and working professional

Hello All,

I am working in CIBC bank from last 4 months and want to fill for PR under express entry, do I need LMIA or PNP, or else can I fill directly if I have job offer and I am currently working in bank?

You can apply under Express Entry without an LMIA - however you won't get arranged employment points. In order to get the 600 arranged employment (job offer) points - you need an approved LMAI.
