Hi everybody,

If my girlfriend applies on her own she get 442 pts. If she supports me she gets 437 points.
Also do you believe I could apply for WHV on my side, letting her apply for PR. We would then go together to Canada and finally she would support me for PR. Does it seem doable?

Thanks

You can not apply with a girlfriend until you are in Common-Law Relationship. Are you?

Yes, common law already since more than a year. But since my degree is not recognized by Canada, she would get less points with me. So I think we are going to try with 437 points (I believe it's possible by the end of the year), and if I see that nothing is happening I might consider the WHV for me. Then going together there and she would do a family sponsorship.

I would suggest you to apply together, since you already have 437 points. You will get an ITA within couple of months as the CRS will drop a little. All the best.

That's the first idea, I'm just trying to think about everything in order to be ready to face every situation haha.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the support ;)
