hello,
please i would like to find out information.
firstly created ee profile while having a 15 months relationship with my canadian citizen fiancee but we didnt get marry because legally am still married and was in the middle of divorce in court. now i got my divorce papers .
secondly is it advisable to withdraw my express entry profile and concentrate on my spouse sponsorship outland?

Having an EE profile would have no bearing on your sponsorship application. Depending on your score (recent score being 457), you might be invited and you can decline if you would go sponsorship route. You can delete your profile altogether.
Regarding sponsorship though, you would have to be legally married and show lots of proof that you are in a genuine relationship. Your post did not clarify whether you were in a common-law relationship (lived together for a least a year) with your fiancée.

thanks very much for your time. well my score is 455 . yes and am not legally married but my fiancee and i have been for 15 months now she lives in canada and i live in ethiopia. we have met twice and the third time we are thinking about getting married in april 2020 she will be here again this september 11 so i was thinking before April i maybe have and invitation or must have had. please can you advice me? if april i already had and submitted my documents would it be wise to cancel? or can you suggest anything. my fiancee thinks spouse route is faster but am curious if get invited before december i must have been in the process 4 months prior to april 2020

There is likely going to be a draw today and chances are the cut off could be 455. It’s really you up you to decide which route you want to take. If you were to receive ITA and you decide to apply for EE, and withdraw application down the line because you want to pursue sponsorship, note that you may only get refund for only
the RPRF.
I can’t tell you which route to go unfortunately as it’s entirely your decision. You have a great chance with EE in my opinion, though. If invited this round or next round chances are you could get PR by April 2020. Don’t mind me, I’m just biased towards EE!
