Express Entry and H1B Status

Hi All,

I've received nomination from Saskatchewan through Express Entry and hopefully will get ITA in next draw.

Currently I am in USA on H1B which is valid till Nov 2016.

Is there a rule in Express Entry that my status in USA should have at least 6 months or 1 year left when I apply?

Not at all. CIC is only interested that you legally reside in the US throughout the process and before.

Other than that no. We have a US resident whatsapp group with 25+ members if you are interested in. I can add if you PM me your number.
