Hi. I recently recieved my invitation to apply for express entry, the invitation expires on 26 th August 2018. Im divorsed and plan to get married to my Mexican fiance early August this year, at the moment she still lives in Mexico with her 2 children, our relationship is ligitimate and can be proved through our contact in facebook and whatsapp messages. She is in Canada with me right now until she returns to Mexico on the 20th July. My questions are.
1. When she comes back to Canada early August with her children for our wedding is it then possible for us to go down to the US border ( i live in Calgary ) come back in to Canada and make application there for her work permit as my wife and also apply at the same time for her childrens visitor visas.
2. Once we are married early August ( we are getting married here in Calgary ) is it better to not go to the border to make application but to instead just add her and her children onto my express entry application. I have not yet sent my express entry application in.
3. When she comes to Canada from Mexico early August with her children should she tell the immigration officer at the airport that she is here to get married to me is it better to just say she is here as a tourist.
4. She is not currently nor has she ever been on my profile or application. Should i add her onto my profile and application now or wait till i put my express application in after the wedding.
5. Is it possible to go to the border to apply for her work permit and then add her onto my express entry application and send it in. Which is the best way round of doing everything assuming that immigration accept our marriage as being ligitimate. Thanks. Steve
