- Some People suggested to apply for Quebec- I am not sure about the process there, and chance of getting PR from Quebec and the Wait Time- Need advice Pls

- If in case it is express entry- Is there any other province that i can get the nominee? I am a software developer and province should have the job opportunities matching My Skill- Suggestions Pls.

Look at the option of getting an Australian PR.

Depending on your programming skills, you can send an EOI to NB PNP.

You can move to any other province right after getting the PR (say, Toronto). There is nothing in the legal framework that would prohibits you to get citizenship based on the fact that you were not lived there.

For NB PnP you would have to have experience in one of the in demand NOCs. Did you check if their list of NOCs matches yours?

I would advice just wait. EE is focusing on old applications at the moment.

In 2015 when EE was taking more applicants, our 2014 applications were put on hold. This year EE started processing 2014 applications in full throttle - at the same time taking less applicants from EE pool.

When I called CIC early this year reg. our old non-EE applications, I was told CIC will process all old applications by September 2016.

I think the number of applicants drawn from the pool will go up in 2 steps:
- Sep/Oct 2016 (maybe), when CIC completes processing older non-EE applications,
- Jan/Feb 2017 -- they are taking less refugees next year, so must have a higher target for economic immigrants.

Once more applicants start getting ITA from regular EE, there will be less competition for PNP programs and hence the PNP quota will be fill up more slowly. I guess that's your chance. =)
