Hello,

My PR is in process, and I'm on a study Visa.
I graduated last year in October, and my study Visa will expire next month.

I'll like to extend my temporary residence status to maintain legal status in Canada. However, I can't extend my study permit because I'm done my studies, and can't apply for the Post Garaduate Work Permit either because I've used it once before.

Can anyone tell me what temporary status can I apply for in the meantime?

No - it's not. You need to be holding a valid work permit to qualify for a BOWP. The OP holds a study permit and doesn't qualify for a BOWP.

If you graduated last October, your study permit is no longer valid and you are most likely in Canada without status at this point and have been for quite some time now. Your study permit stopped being valid 90 days after you completed your program.
