Dear All,

I have a question on the express category for my sister who is currently in canada. She has Bachelor/Master from US college and Post graduate degree from Canadian University. She has been working for Subway for past two years because she could not find a job in her field due to PR. Now after 2 year, her subway owner is refusing to giver her future job letter. He is saying he can only give her current job letter. The lawyer she is working with said that the future letter is mandatory for express category. We have already paid significant amount to start her PR process. Without the future letter, her lawyer refuses to file for PR. Please advise what are our options.

Any help/recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

thank you

Does she have any experience other than the subway experience. Also, is she a supervisor at subway? If she's the supervisor or shift manager and have more than a year of experience in that position, she may try for EE under CEC provided that she gets a high score in IELTS.

But she won't get the 600 points. Even if you convince the owner to give her a job offer the job won't be LMIA approved.
