Explanation Letter

Hi All,

Is it OK if I attach an explanation letter with a specific form ? for example :- in the form I am not able to fit in my company name, Can I put that in the explanation letter .

I have similar issue with "Schedule A" form, what I did was I attached additional page(Word Format) to the form with the same table and updated my details in to it.
