Hi everyone,

Just needed some help on this. If somebody had been on a long leave without pay, and needs to provide paystubs for last 6 months(after receiving ITA) but can come up with only 2 months of it( due to being on leave), which document(s) should be provided so as to explain this situation. Kindly help

There is no mandatory requirement to provide pay stubs. It is only an additional document along with the reference letter. Mention in the reference letter that you had a sabbatical. Who said you have to submit last 6 months' pay stubs. I attached the pay stubs for my complete experience of 3 years and 5 months.

You can attach 2 months of salary slips with your ITR. Do not mention about your leave anywhere in LOE. Nobody will ask anything.

Did you include this long leave as part of your work experience?
